From Apple Valley News. Now here’s your two minute take. Welcome to your two-minute take. I’m Jason Valentine, coming to you from New U Women’s Clinic and Aesthetics. And I have Dr. Rachel Fidino yet again with us. How’s it going, doctor? Good, how are you? I am good. We have a Guinea pig today, Jake, and we are talking about Easy Gel. Yes. Tell me about it. So easy gel is a process where we draw your blood. Mm-hmm. And we take your growth factors from your blood. We put it through a certain process and then I actually inject it back into the area that we need to work on. Okay. So for example, this is what his blood now looks like after we’ve processed everything. Right. And I’ve just completed this side. So Jake was complaining of a little bit of hollowing, dark circles under his eyes. And that’s a really common area that a lot of people want treated. Right. So you can see in this area it’s already nice and blended versus this side. I have not started yet. You can see it’s much more hollow, but more darkening there. So these cells are gonna actively repair his tissue for a three month process. Okay. The end of the three months, then we look and see do we need to do another procedure or is he kind of good to go? And again, this is from his blood. Yes. So these are his stem cells. Right. Exactly. Exactly. Yeah. So It’s not going to get rid of it. It’s gonna say, oh, thank you, and then do what it needs to do. Exactly. So there’s lot lower risk with this. Um, with, with hyaluronic acid for a filler for example, we get a little bit worried about certain adverse reactions that can happen. Sure. But not with your own blood. So, Okay. And under the eyes, what other areas can this help us? We can Do full face. Okay. We can do really anywhere on the face if somebody has a concern. But the most common area that we’re treating is definitely that under eye blending in with the cheeks. Sure. And again, easy gel is one of the newer technologies they hear, uh, have here at New U Women’s Clinic, an aesthetics. And Dr. Vidino, you just stay right on top of the new technology. Right. Yes, of course. And this has been working out pretty well. I would assume It’s one of our number one sellers here. Okay. Well if you’re looking to maybe get a little bit of your face back, easy gel might be the solution. Dr. Thank you so much. Thank you, Jake. Thank you so much. And that’s your two minute take.

Hello, I’m Dr. Amy Brener, and I’d like to talk to you today about the O-Shot. Talking to women about their sexuality and problems with their sexuality is something I do on a daily basis. Did you know that about 40% of women actually have problems with their sexual relations, and only about 14% of them bring it up to their physicians? Over the last few years, we spent a lot of time talking to our patients about things they can do to improve their sexual life, such as exercising, reducing alcohol consumption, stopping smoking, getting better sleep, and perhaps getting off medications that can have a negative effect on their sexuality, such as birth control pills, synthetic progestin, and even some antidepressants. We have also found great success with using testosterone pellet therapy. I also wanted to tell you about something called the O-Shot that can significantly improve the health of the vagina by rejuvenating the tissue and helping with vaginal dryness, pain with intercourse, orgasms, and even urinary incontinence. The O-Shot involves women coming to our office for a procedure that lasts about 45 minutes. We draw their blood and put it in a special centrifuge machine, and after about 15 minutes of processing, we end up with a component of the blood called PRP, or platelet-rich plasma, which has many growth factors to rejuvenate tissue. After applying numbing cream and using a small needle for the injection, we inject the PRP into specific areas of the vagina. Over the next few weeks and months, the tissues of the vagina and the female orgasm complex regenerate, resulting in better sexual relations due to less vaginal dryness, less vaginal pain, better quality of orgasms, and increased libido. As a side effect, many women also report improvement in urinary incontinence. I’d love to talk to you more about this today.

P-Shot
The P-Shot is a non-surgical treatment for men that uses PRP to improve sexual health and performance. This procedure helps enhance erection quality and overall sexual satisfaction.
Hello, my name is Kelsey, and I’m here to talk about a new breakthrough treatment for erectile dysfunction. I have Dr. Mayor Dollar, a urologist in Southwest Florida with a special interest in sexual health, here to answer a few questions. Erectile dysfunction is extraordinarily common, affecting about 50% of 50-year-old men and 60% of 60-year-old men, and it often has multiple causes, including neurogenic, vasculogenic, and psychogenic factors. Current treatments include oral medications like Viagra, Levitra, and Cialis, injectable medications like Triix, and penile prostheses, but none address the root cause: age-related changes in penile tissue, such as reduced elasticity, contractility, smooth muscle cells, girth, size, and sensation. The new treatment, the P-Shot, uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP) derived from the patient’s own blood, which is processed to concentrate growth factors and then injected into the penis after numbing, promoting regeneration, rejuvenation, and improved blood flow. The procedure is nearly painless, with minimal bruising, no risk of allergic reaction, and no significant downtime, taking about 45 minutes, with some patients noticing immediate, though temporary, increases in girth, while long-term revitalization occurs over 3–4 weeks. Benefits vary but generally include increased girth, sensation, and overall sexual performance. The P-Shot can be combined with other ED therapies for a cumulative effect and is also helpful for patients with penile curvature (Peyronie’s disease). Patients can receive this treatment at Dr. Dollar’s clinic in Fort Myers, Florida, and more information is available on drdollar.com. This video is educational only and not a substitute for proper medical evaluation.
Benefits of P-Shot:
- Improves erection quality
- Increases sexual stamina
- Enhances sensation
- Boosts confidence
- Quick procedure
- No recovery time
- Safe and effective
- Natural results
- Suitable for men of all ages
- Long-lasting effects
Now here’s your two-minute take on area businesses, communities events, and entertainment. Welcome to your two minute take I’m Jason Valentine coming to you from New U Women’s clinic in aesthetics and I have Dr Rachel Fidino with us this morning. Rachel how are you? I’m good. How are you? I am good. We have our model Bill. Thank you for being here sir, and we’re talking about doctor-assisted body sculpting. Tell me about it. So, Bill is getting a procedure today that we gave him a protocol essentially of what exercises he should be targeting for certain muscle groups as well as what is his workouts going to look like what his pre-workouts look like and his diet is in nutrition. So, it’s kind of a road map to looking better yes exactly and then once he gets that road map then we inject the target muscle group so today we’re going to be injecting his biceps and his triceps so, what it’s going to do is help just grow that muscle and actually get the best result from his workouts gotcha and in a way does it simulate or help out you know when you break down your muscle when you’re working out and that’s what makes it bigger is that kind of simulating that or help that out how does that work? Yeah exactly so we drew Bill’s blood and we’re taking his stem cells. So i’ve hyper diluted his stem cells and then we essentially just place them into the muscle group that we’re wanting to target okay how long does the average program last how many times you have to come back it depends so he may never need this muscle group injected again so typically those stem cells are going to be working for the next three months so if he has a different area that we want to focus on then we would focus on that area next excellent well doctor how can people reach you who are interested in this program they can just call our clinic and we can get them set up for a consult and then we can discuss what their goals are and set them up on a treatment plan excellent and they’re also on the web so again New U Women’s clinic and aesthetics doctor. Bill thank you so much. Thank you. That’s your two-minute take you

Weightlifting naturally leads to microscopic tears in muscle fibers and connective tissues, kickstarting the body’s repair and strengthening processes. But what if you could supercharge this growth and repair mechanism? That’s where platelet-rich plasma (PRP) comes into play.
Your blood contains an array of components, including platelets, which are vital for clotting and healing. In the PRP procedure, a sample of your blood is drawn and processed in a centrifuge, separating the platelet-rich plasma—a liquid rich in water, platelets, essential bioactive proteins, and growth factors. When injected into the body, these concentrated platelets stimulate tissue rejuvenation and accelerate the repair process.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Rejuvenation with Stem Cells?
Rejuvenation with Stem Cells is a treatment that uses the patient’s own stem cells to promote tissue repair and rejuvenation.
What areas can be treated with Rejuvenation with Stem Cells?
Common treatment areas include the face, neck, and hands, targeting fine lines, wrinkles, and volume loss.
How long does it take to see results from Stem Cell Therapy?
Results are usually visible within a few weeks, with continued improvements.
Is the Stem Cell Therapy procedure safe?
Yes, since the treatment uses your stem cells, it is safe and reduces the risk of adverse reactions.
How many Stem Cell Therapy treatments are needed?
It is recommended to space treatment intervals between four and six weeks for optimal results.
Is there any downtime or side effects associated with Stem Cell Rejuvenation?
There is usually minimal downtime following the procedure so the patient can resume normal activities afterward.
How does stem cell rejuvenation therapy support anti-aging at the cellular level?
Stem cell rejuvenation therapy works by introducing biologically active components that help support the skin’s natural repair and renewal functions. These cells and growth factors encourage communication between skin cells, promoting healthier turnover, improved resilience, and more efficient tissue maintenance. Rather than masking signs of aging, this approach focuses on improving how the skin functions at a foundational level.
What skin and body concerns can stem cell rejuvenation therapy address?
This therapy is often used to target concerns such as dullness, uneven tone, fine lines, early wrinkles, and loss of firmness. Some patients also pursue stem cell-based treatments to support overall skin vitality, hydration, and texture. Beyond facial aesthetics, certain protocols may be customized for areas of the body that show thinning skin or reduced elasticity.
How does stem cell therapy differ from traditional anti-aging treatments?
Traditional anti-aging treatments often focus on relaxing muscles, filling lines, or resurfacing the skin. Stem cell rejuvenation therapy takes a regenerative approach, aiming to improve the health and performance of the skin itself. Instead of providing only short-term cosmetic changes, it supports processes involved in tissue renewal, making it appealing to patients seeking long-term improvement.
Can stem cell rejuvenation improve skin tone, texture, and elasticity?
Many patients pursue this therapy to help achieve smoother texture, more even tone, and improved firmness. By encouraging collagen support and cellular activity, stem cell rejuvenation can contribute to skin that looks brighter, feels more resilient, and maintains a healthier structure over time.
How does stem cell therapy support collagen and tissue regeneration?
Stem cell-based treatments are associated with signaling pathways that encourage fibroblast activity, which plays a role in collagen and elastin production. This support may help strengthen the skin’s underlying framework, contributing to improved elasticity and a reduction in the appearance of fine lines.
What areas of the face or body can benefit from stem cell rejuvenation therapy?
Common treatment areas include the face, neck, and décolletage, where signs of aging are often most visible. Depending on individual goals, therapy may also be tailored to hands or other areas where skin quality has diminished.
How long does it take to see visible results from stem cell rejuvenation?
Some patients notice early improvements in hydration and brightness within weeks. As this treatment works with the body’s regenerative processes, results often continue to develop gradually over several months as collagen support and cellular activity increase.
