I’m Jamie Council, and we’re at the New U Women’s Clinic in Aesthetics in Kennewick. I’m joined by Dr. Rachel Fidino. Welcome. Hi. Thanks for having me. Thank you for having me here in your clinic. And today we’re talking about laser hair removal. What makes you guys so different when it comes to laser hair removal? I feel like everybody in town has some sort of laser hair removal. So you know, New U is kind of based on let’s, you know, state-of-the-art aesthetics and like way ahead if I can of medicine or where things are trending. And so when I came to Bear hr, I was actually down in Las Vegas, I came across this device, and I was like, game changer. We have to have this. So I’m kind of a big wuss when it comes to pain, and so it can’t hurt. And so the nice thing is about um, our laser hair that kind of sets us apart is it’s super, super fast. And it’s really painless, um, of a procedure. And what makes it like that? Because when you’re sold laser hair removal, you’re told this is how long it takes, and you might feel a little bit of pain, but there’s new technology that takes that out of the equation. Exactly, yeah. So it’s a different technology that this is using as well as the handpiece itself. When it’s actually running along the skin, it just feels really cold, and so it’s kind of soothing as you’re having the treatment done. So, for example, a man’s back can take me less than a minute. So it’s really, really fast, which we’re excited. And how many treatments before people can see results? Typically, we’re saying six treatments. So people can be coming in about every four to six weeks, somewhere in that range. Um, and after six treatments, they may need a few spot treatments, but most of that area should be completely, um, resolved with their hair issue.
