When I started New U in 2020, I wanted to provide a place where women can go and they could feel heard and listened to, and it was looking at their inner and their outer beauty. And that’s exactly what New U is. A lot of people are looking for what makes new U unique. And when you come in, that’s where we start being unique, is the amazing customer service that we offer to our patients, as well as we now offer a comfort menu. So while you’re waiting to see your provider, we also offer you a hand paraffin wax so you can be comfortable. We try to pay attention to what type of music do you like? Do you like spa water? Do you like bottled water? And just paying attention to those little things because at the end of the day, that’s what patients might remember is how we made them feel. And all of those little experiences to add up to this is why I go to New U. From the moment they, they walk in the door, they know that they’re unique, that they’re heard, that they’re listened to, and we genuinely care about their, their wellbeing from hormone management to weight management, to all of their aesthetic needs.
